At Busy Bees Custom Crafts, we take pride in creating high-quality custom and personalized products. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a valid reason for the request. Valid reasons may include:

• Item arrived damaged during shipping
• Item arrived broken or defective
• Incorrect item was received
• Significant manufacturing defect affecting the item's intended use

Photos may be required to help us evaluate the issue.

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
• Customer-provided spelling, wording, or design errors that were approved before production
• Normal variations in wood grain, engraving appearance, color, or handcrafted finishes

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

• Replacement of the item
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund

When submitting your request, please include:

• Your order number
• Your name
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, Busy Bees Custom Crafts may provide return shipping instructions or cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
