Welcome to Busy Bees Custom Crafts ("Busy Bees," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Riverton, Utah. By visiting busybeescustomcrafts.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM WORK
We make laser-engraved, laser-cut, heat-pressed, and 3D-printed items, many by hand and to order. Because materials such as wood, leather, and metal vary naturally, small differences in color, grain, and finish are normal and are not defects. Product photos are examples, and your item may vary slightly.

2. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS
You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, and other personalization before you submit your order. We produce items exactly as entered. If we send you a proof, your approval of it is final. By submitting artwork, logos, photos, or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claim that it infringes someone else's rights. We may decline any order we find offensive, unlawful, or infringing.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due when you order. If a price or product description is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Production times are estimates and begin once your order and any proof are confirmed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, because we are not responsible for packages sent to an address you provided incorrectly.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short, personalized and custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including photos, designs, text, and logos, belongs to Busy Bees Custom Crafts. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Designs we create for your custom order remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. USE OF THE SITE
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products and the site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
